The Chalet Motel, A Travelodge by Wyndham

Very accommodating, friendly staff. They let us check out late when we couldnt get our packs situated by checkout time (we were a group of thru hikers). Dog-friendly, they even made up the pullout couch for us since we were a group of 5. Loved the kitchenette. Would definitely stay here again.

Room was nice and very clean. Pet friendly room and didn't smell like dogs or anything. Did not have microwave but had fridge. Coffee and toiletries in room..even had a seeing kit. Friendly service. A beautiful view. Was very pleased. Would recommend and will return.

First time booking a motel and regardless of the amenities, I was quite satisfied. I needed a last minute place to stay while I race for the weekend and Chalet was cheap and available. There is an outdoor pool right in the front yard and nature has also had a chance to dip in. Then there's the drivers passing by and possibly seeing you enjoying yourself. The bed and room was very spacious. The front desk worker is available on call and until 9pm. After that, you are on your own for the night. The bathroom was more of a tight squeeze, even for the shower which is right in front of the toilet. The freezer was over frozen, I could see a block of ice that's clearly been there for quite some time. Again, I was quite satisfied because I'm quite the minimalist, so book based on your wants.

We got caught in a snowstorm and had to pull into the first accommodations we could find. We got very lucky with this one! We quickly booked on Booking.com and were about to check in immediately. The room was clean and cozy (although outdated), the staff was very friendly, and they offered some free frozen meals. The room also had a fridge and microwave, and the view of the mountains is beautiful.

It's pretty clean. The rooms are definitely big. 2 queen beds plus a table and a couch. Fridge is big enough for a weekends worth of food. I wish they put heaters in the bathroom. Water is hot. Great place to rest your head before another day of skiing. Perfect for friends to stay together. Don't put the heater on high it shuts off. Keep it at 76 or 78. Finally figured that out after 3 stays. They need new TVs. The wifi is good so bring your iPad or laptop.

We have been staying here for years (in their annex.) Nice large & immaculately clean room, 2 comfortable queen beds, nice area for microwave, coffe maker, frige, "bar sink" (as well as regular sink there and in bathroom) - separate from dining area and so on. Little touches to make our stay very comfortable. Only reason we didn't rate it a 5 is that the convertable couch fabric was a bit warn, but still was comfortable to sit on. No smoking and rooms have NO odors (due to cleanlines not sprays.)

Gentleman at the front desk check in was extremely welcoming! Our room somehow was booked saying two people....we were a party of six! Totally on his A game with giving us more towels...loved the heated pool...Also young lady at the desk was kind in giving us extra pillows! Our room was large compared to other rentals in the area...little outdated inside but worth the price, customer service, and room size...most hotels would of nailed us for extra people in the room! Also, location was perfect for being within minutes of everything in Manchester!

Right off the vermont long trail so it's super accessible if you're hiking. The room is nice and air conditioned and provides all you need for a shower + more like coffee and hot chocolate. I stopped in after day 4 of hiking and met Henry Herrera who was their front desk man and he was professional and let me know about shuttle rides into town. Great place and really nice people. I would stop by here again.
